Privacy policy
COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to improve the functionalities it offers. Cookies are data that are saved on your device and that enable the website to store certain information about you to improve browsing.
We use various cookies for specific purposes:
essential cookies: they enable the correct use of various functionalities on the website. These cookies do not collect any personal data;
Cloudflare cookies: Cloudflare is a CDN (Content Delivery Network) that can be used to deliver certain resources more quickly depending on the location of the user. To enable users to browse individually, the cookie installed by Cloudflare makes it possible to distinguish between several users with the same IP address (for example: four users connected to the Wi-Fi of a fast-food restaurant). This cookie does not record any personal data that could identify the user;
functional cookies: these enable greater comfort when using certain website functionalities. For example, they may record the user’s address to fill in the ‘address’ field on a form automatically so that the user does not have do so himself.
By clicking on the ‘I accept’ button, you agree to the use of cookies (Article 6, 1, a of the GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking on the ‘Cookie policy’ button on the bottom right of your screen. If you do not wish to authorise the cookies, the use of certain functionalities may be altered.
CONTACT FORM
You agree that the data collected via this form are stored by Heinen for purely practical purposes (should Heinen need to contact you again). These data will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used in a context other than that for which you have filled in this form. You will be able to consult, modify or delete these data at any time by contacting us at info@heinen-doors.com.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
For purely statistical purposes, we use Google Analytics to be able to determine the daily website traffic. To do this, Google Analytics uses cookies that keep track of the user’s activity on the website. Before the user gives his consent to the cookie policy, his IP address is anonymised, which means that the last octet (IPv4) or the last 80 bits (IPv6) of the IP address is/are set to zero in order to limit the identification of the geographic zone of the user by means of his IP address. Geolocation is also deactivated to prevent any possible identification by location. Once the user accepts the website cookies policy, the IP address is no longer anonymous and geolocation is activated. However, these data are intended to be used for statistical purposes and no IP addresses will be linked to a specific user. In other words, the IP addresses will not be used to analyse the browsing of a single individual, but rather a group of individuals. This cookie will expire automatically one month after acceptance of the Google Analytics follow-up (you will then be asked to confirm again).
